Struggle Poppers

If loving jalapeño poppers is wrong, we don't want to be right. In fact, we want to be even MORE wrong by whipping a little Struggle Bus into the cream cheese filling and, if you're feeling carnivorous, wrapping the whole thing in bacon.

Popper perfection for the people.

Ingredients —

  • 12 fresh jalapeño peppers (cut in half (lengthwise (obviously))
  • 8oz of softened or whipped cream cheese
  • 1 cup of shredded cheddar
  • 1/4 cup of your fav Struggle Bus Mix, to taste
  • 24 slices of bacon (or none, or 72 slices, you do you)

Directions —

1. Mix cream cheese, Struggle Bus, and shredded cheese together in a bowl.

2. Microwave bacon for about 30 seconds to pre-cook it a little.

3. Stuff peppers with mixture and wrap with a slice of bacon. 

4. Place peppers on a cookie sheet. Use a wire rack or grill rack for primo results.

5. Bake at 450ºF for 12-15 minutes or until bacon is crispy. Broil for a minute or two if needed.
